DojoPilot Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DojoPilot, a marketing dashboard service operated by Vantage Method. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

DojoPilot connects to third-party marketing accounts you authorize (such as Google, Meta, and email providers), displays their data, provides AI-generated analysis, and performs marketing actions you explicitly request. Third-party platforms have their own terms; you are responsible for complying with them.

Your account & responsibilities

  • You must have the authority to connect the accounts you connect.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for the content of any marketing (ads, emails) you publish through the Service, including its legality and accuracy.
  • No abusive, unlawful, or deceptive use of the Service.

AI-generated content

Analysis and recommendations are generated with AI from your account data. They are suggestions, not guarantees; review before acting. You remain responsible for decisions made and content published from your accounts.

Fees

Early-access pricing is agreed per customer. Where the Service sends email on your behalf, monthly sending allotments and overage charges are described in your order; we will always tell you the allotment before you can exceed it.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Method's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions of third-party platforms (including account suspensions or policy changes).

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination we delete your connected-account tokens and, on request, all associated data.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
